Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Booking care should be possible for everyone, including people using assistive technology, people with low vision or motor limitations, and people who need more time or larger targets. Accessibility is part of the design system, not an afterthought.
2. Target standard
Spot Now designs and tests toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with compatibility testing for major screen readers and ongoing audits as features change.
3. What we build in
Semantic HTML and landmarks; full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and skip links; screen-reader labels; accessible form validation with error summaries; accessible date and time pickers; sufficient color contrast and no color-only communication; large touch targets; reduced-motion support; text resizing without loss of function; accessible modal behavior; captions and transcripts for media; meaningful alternative text; accessible tables; and text alternatives for maps.
4. Alternatives and support
If any part of the service is difficult to use, you can complete the same task another way: phone scheduling with a support agent, relay-compatible support channels, interpreter and language assistance (see the language assistance notice), and documents in alternative formats on request.
5. Feedback and response process
Report accessibility barriers to accessibility@getmyspotnow.com with the page and the assistive technology you were using. Reports are acknowledged promptly, tracked to remediation, and prioritized with security-level urgency when they block booking or account access.
