Participating providers are independently responsible for their own compliance with civil-rights laws in the services they deliver.
2. Language assistance Free of charge
If your preferred language is not English, free language-assistance services are available through patient support, including interpreter services and translated materials where required. 3. Complaints
If you believe the platform has failed to provide these protections, contact the civil-rights coordinator via privacy@getmyspotnow.com. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. Filing a complaint will never affect your access to the platform.
